The unit can be used to wash hospital linen as well. The technology of the new aseptic washing/spin drying machine and the recycling system allow reducing the water and energy consumption for more than 30% compared to a traditional system.

The RLS 3000 is autonomous thanks to its own sound‑proof liquid cooled diesel generator in continuous operation and to the new high efficiency SERT’s multi liquid fuel burners, allowing a reduction of fuel consumption.
This unit is mounted on an off road chassis/axle. It can be transported by aircraft and by sea. 

Its capabilities have been proven during various missions worldwide. Four folding walkways and awnings form a weather proof shelter of 13 m², 70 cm above the ground, preventing the operators from dust, sand, mud, rain, snow etc...
