The kitchen set of two modules includes preparation, cooking and serving of the meals and has its own dishwashing facility. It is entierly autonomous with its own power production.

The complete kitchen equipment is full electric, monitored by an intelligent power control system and powered by a diesel electric generator in continuous service.

These two expendable 20 ft ISO containers are equipped with forklift pockets within the base of the supporting framework and insulated by sandwich panels.

The ELC1000 can be easily set up in operation in two hours thanks to its folding stabilization corner legs and its folding sides gas jacks assisted, forming walkways and awnings. These expandable areas are closed by canvas walls with doors and windows forming the connection and a perfect weather shelter. A wide window allows the access to the self-service.
