This kitchen unit includes preparation, cooking and serving of the meals. It is entirely autonomous with its own power production.
The complete kitchen equipment is full electric, monitored by an intelligent power control system and
powered by a diesel electric generator in continuous service.
This expandable 20 ft ISO container is equipped with two forklift pockets within the base of the supporting framework and insulated by sandwich panels.
It can be easily set up in operation in one hour thanks to its four folding stabilization corner legs and its two folding sides gas jacks assisted, forming walkways and awnings.
These expandable areas are closed by canvas walls with doors and windows forming a perfect weather shelter.
On one side, a wide window allows the access to the self-service.
