The field bakery RB 500 allows the users to produce up to 500 kg of bread every 12 hours thanks to all appliances of a traditional bakery.

The RB 500 is equipped with complete stainless steel equipment including two baking ovens, a proofing cabinet, a dough mixer, a regulated water tank and working tables.
The power of the new high efficiency SERT’s multi liquid fuel burners afford the quick and cost-effective heating of the ovens. The sound-proof diesel generator ensures full autonomy to the whole unit.
This very mobile unit is mounted on an off road chassis/axle. It can be transported by aircraft and by sea. Its capabilities have been proven during various missions worldwide.
The expandable platform offers to the users a sheltered work area of 13 m², 70 cm above the ground preventing the operators from dust, sand, mud, rain, snow etc...
It can be coupled with the field kitchen or the cold trailer by a junction aluminium part allowing operator to pass from one to another unit to obtain a catering complex.
