The kitchen platforms of the PFC series’ are designed to ensure fast and efficient catering for 500 to 1000 people in the field depending on its equipment.

The cooking equipment are installed on a new generation modular platform, very versatile, more economical and environmentally friendly in terms of transport and enabling the units to fit all types of logistic means (2 platforms in a 20’ dry ISO container or on a flat rack).
These customizable units are equipped with four stainless steel gastronorm or circular cooking modules.
The gastronorm range consists of the MultiSert multifunction kettle, the big CombiSert combined oven and the DuoSert fan assisted oven with hot plate on top. The circular range FlexiSert consists of a kettle of 200 litres, a pressure cooker of 150 litres, a fry pan or a wok.
This catering unit consumes low electric power due to its latest-generation components and the SERT’s high efficiency burners. Its low-power generator ensures full autonomy.
The expandable platform offers to the users a sheltered work area of 14 m², 40 cm above the ground.
A complete catering set is obtained by positioning the kitchen platform with the refrigeration and the bakery platforms.
