The kitchen and cold container CC100 is designed to cater for 50 to 100 people in the field. This ISO 10ft container is easy to set in operation in 30 minutes with 2 people. According to the versions, the cooks have at disposal 2 or 3 cooking modules with ventilation/extraction hood.
A refrigerator and a work table with a refrigerated chamber within the base allow preserving and serving the meals.
This container includes a sink with draining board and hand wash stand fed with hot and cold water and it has several store facilities.
The cooking modules and the water boiler are heated by multi liquid fuel burners connected to a single fuel tank. The unit is fully autonomous with the optional power generator. |
