Kitchen & refrigeration module CC 200

The kitchen and refrigeration module CC 200 has been designed for the fast catering of 50 to 200 people in mission and to keep the refrigerated food in positive cold. The cell can be mounted onto the chassis of a 7.5 tons truck or onto a LPS equipped of a loading ring by hydraulic loading system.

This module can be set in operation easily in 15 minutes with two people. It includes a complete stainless steel cooking block and weather sheltered comprehensive work areas. It is equipped with a frigorific container, a bain-marie and a self service stand for the food preserve and serving of hot meals. It has also a sink with cold and hot water for dish washing.

The module is engineered for heavy duty, it is completely autonomous thanks to its own diesel power generator in continuous service mode and the S.E.R.T. multi liquid fuel burners.
