SANITATION MATERIALS

SERT materials resulting from studies and advanced techniques are designed to accommodate people in the field and contribute to the good being and moral of the users.

SERT has developed a comprehensive range of material in MODULES TRAILERS and CONTAINERS gathering all the « SANITARY » functions necessary to the field life support of the troops: showers, WC, laundry and water treatment…

SERT equipment has proved its reliability and ability during numerous military operations, and is in service in the French and foreign armies.

SERT “SANITARY” MODULES

SERT “SANITARY” modules include hot water production module, shower modules and washbasin modules. They can operate independently or connected to a SERT trailer.

• WATER HEATER MODULE – MC1000 : Provides a continuous flow of 1000 l/h at 40°C.
• SHOWER MODULE – MD : The shower module arises in the form of an unfoldable polyester chest and a closed by a PVC coated canvas curtain wall.
• WASH BASIN MODULE – ML4 : It includes a composite material vat designed to distribute water thanks to 4 taps.
• SHOWER TRAILER – RDM1000 : Is a single axle trailer can receive a MC1000, 2 or 4 MD and 2 ML4. The complete system is entirely autonomous with its own power generator and a SERT multi fuel burner.

SERT “SANITARY” TRAILERS

SERT “SANITARY” TRAILERS Those all mounted trailers with a standard chassis platform ranging from 3,500 to 4,500 kg gross weight, offer a sheltered working area and heightened of the ground are completely autonomous thanks to an individual power generator in continuous service and multi fuel burners for heating elements. SERT trailers are as follows:

• HYGIENE UNIT – RS3500 : This unit includes 8 or 4 cubicles equipped with shower or WC and wash basin. They are designed to accommodate approximately 80 to 150 people.
• FIELD LATRINES – RS2500 : They have 4 WC cubicles and are designed to accommodate sanitary comfort of about 80 people.
• SHOWERS UNITS :Are available in models RD3000 or RD2500.They are equipped with 8 or 4 cubicles and wash basins. They are designed to accommodate approximately 80 to 150 people.
• FIELD LAUNDRY – RLS2000 : The SERT laundry trailer is designed to accommodate (washing, spin-drying and drying) approximately 150 people in the field.
• MULTIPURPOSE TRAILER –RMS 30 : This trailer mounted utility has been designed for the life support of 30 people in the field.

SERT “SANITARY” CONTAINERS

They essentially consist of containers ISO 10' and ISO 20' or modules, which can be assembled between them integrating Modular Sanitary Equipments. They can ensure the personal hygiene of the people and to treat their linen. The range has, at present, products with precise functions or capabilities:

• HYGIENE CONTAINER – CH50 : This ISO ft container is designed to accommodate 50 people in the field.
• LAUNDRY CONTAINER – CB1000 : This ISO ft is intended for the complete treatment of linen for 500 to 1000 people. All the equipment is of industrial type and very robust. The full set is entirely autonomous.
