Field bakery RB 500

The field bakery RB 500 is designed for baking 250 to 500 Kg every 12 hours. The RB 500 is equiped with 2 rotating ovens, proving oven and dough mixer.

The RB 500 is autonomous thanks to a sound-proof liquid diesel generator and the SERT multifuel burners. It is overland and can be towed by any type of military tactical lorry. It can be transported by helicopter or any type of military aircraft.

The RB 500 is easy to handle and to operate. It can be ready to work in about 30 minutes with 2 people. 4 folding walkways as well as 4 corner doors and stairs make an area of 13 m2 above the ground (700 mm) preventing people from wind, sand, dust, snow, rain etc ....

It can be coupled with the field kitchen or the cold trailer by a junction aluminium part allowing operator to pass from one to another unit.
