Mobile field kitchen CR 500

The mobile field kitchen CR 500 is designed to cater 150 to 500 people in the field. The CR 500 is equipped with 2 kettles, 2 gastronorm ovens 2/1, 2hot plates, one corrugated griddle and several work tables.

It is entirely autonomous thanks to a continuous working genset and the SERT’s multi liquid fuelburners.

This unit is mounted on an off road chassis/axle. It can be towed by any military tactical lorry and transported by aircraft.

The CR 500 can be ready to operate in approximately 30 minutes with 2 people. Four folding walkways and awnings form a weather proof shelter of 13 m2, 700 mm above the ground, preventing the operators from dust, sand, mud, rain, snow etc...

It can be coupled with the field bakery and the cold trailer by a junction aluminium part allowing the operators to pass from one to another unit.
