Containerized field catering set CCFB 500

The containerized field catering set CCFB 500 is a combination of kitchen and bakery installed together within a single expandable container.In addition the Catering Set includes a large refrigeration (positive & negative cold) as well as a hot meal serving and dish washing facilities.In operation mode, the set provides large work areas.

The CCFB 500 can be used either on the ground or positioned on its trailer (10 tons). The set can be deployed and ready to operate in 30 minutes.Once in operation it is air conditioned and fully autonomous thanks to an in board diesel power generator.

Kitchen and Bakery equipment’s are heated by the SERT’s multi liquid fuel burners. Kitchen and Bakery equipment’s of extremely strong construction are made of food grade stainless steel.

They are all gastronorm standard. Equipment includes kettles (regular and deep fryer), seesaw pan, ovens and griddles.In addition the CCFB 500 includes two large refrigerated containers, food serving facility with bain-marie, dishwasher, wash basin, dough mixer, dough shaper, baking oven and storage cabinets.
