QUALITY

SERT is certified ISO 9001 V2000 and AQAP 2110.

Quality has always been one of the main requirements for SERT. It has successfully participated in the technical evolution and the growing of the company. Quality certification ISO 9001 V2000 and AQAP 2110, for all the sites of production, is the work of all the employees and confirms the SERT Quality state of mind.
Activities of engineering, implementation, refurbishing and sales of military and civilian life support utilities shall meet the clients’ requirements as well as applicable legal and statutory requirements.

Quality policy is centred on the development of an efficient Quality System Management based on the continuous improvement of its efficiency and the involvement of all the actors.
SERT permanent Quality control is ensured by qualiticians but also by all the Services departments and the Management department and intervenes in all the stages: from the conception to the final delivery of the product.

OTHER SERVICES

Beyond engineering, manufacturing and sales of its products, SERT also ensures services associated to its principal job, that is:

TRAINING
	SERT has training rooms, means of teaching (practical TP, tests beds …) suitable means of communication and specialised trainers internal to the company who can give theoretic and practical courses of any level in French, English, Dutch and Arabic. These training periods can be done in our premises or directly at the client’s. SERT is registered as Training Organization under the N° 82 26 00989 26 at the Rhône Alpes prefecture.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
	The trainings given by SERT trainers allow the users to acquire a level of sufficient and necessary skills to make the first emergency interventions as regards maintenance or repair. Nevertheless, the technical departments of the company remain at the customers’ disposal in case of emergency either through teams capable of intervening in direct from France or through local representatives located in all the countries in which SERT has been selling its products.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATIONS
	A specialised department internal to the company is in charge of making the technical documentations of SERT products. Use and Maintenance manual: Each SERT product has one. This manual allows to get all the necessary information for a good use of the products. Illustrated Catalogue:   This service is only made to order. It is about a technical documentation very complete in which appear all the exploded views in 3D and the NATO codification of the constituent parts of SERT equipment. This catalogue can be delivered on paper or CD support.
SPARE PARTS
	As manufacturer, it is SERT’s duty to ensure the sale of the replacement parts for its products. More than 10.000 references are thus managed and sold in order to ensure the timelessness of SERT products and to fully satisfy clients’ expectations.
